Inviting Candidates to be Fellows

It is proposed that any Fellow can nominate a person to be invited, that at least six other Fellows support such a nomination before the body is asked to vote. If two thirds of the voting Fellows approve the nominated person, the Secretariat shall issue an invitation.

This discussion is open to the founding Fellows for modification, objections, revision or clarification.
