This group does not have any discussions yet.
Next issue of our newsletter I will be mentioning this group of Fellows interested in speaking so we may get more people to come on board down the road. I have been focused on building our numbers, interviewing/researching prospects, so not too active here. Any of us can change this by simply being more proactive.
At some point we may even formalize an Alliance speakers bureau.
John, thanks for your spearheading. The way I see it, thinking filters the way we see the world and thus determines how we act, so providing talks is like providing doorways to a new future - in our case, a future in which personal potential is recognized and each person's unfolding is supported. It is true a speaker can show a person a doorway to a new future but each person decides on their own if they go through that door or not. But I keep thinking of how much time and energy (life) I've conserved through other people showing me interesting doors they've discovered! Fellow speakers, let us please be generous about showing others the doorways we've found. They may have required great risks and dedication to discover, but I think people are hungrier now than ever before for authentic speaking.
