The Alliance is a private consortium of distinguished Fellows. Visitors are invited to browse, observe and familiarize themselves with the Fellows' ideas and their work - but not join. Unfortunately the technology of this social network doesn't allow us to hide or remove the "Sign Up" button. Unless you've been personally invited to be a Fellow in the Alliance by the Secretariat, please do not expect an answer or approval if you attempt to join without a formal invitation.
